Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for services provided by FHFH Tech Labs LLC ("FHFH Tech Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

  1. Scope of This Policy
    This Policy applies to:

  • Custom development, deployment, consulting, and enterprise services provided by FHFH Tech Labs

  • Subscription or recurring services, if expressly offered under a written agreement

  • One-time service fees, setup fees, or project fees agreed in writing

This Policy does not apply to third-party services, platforms, or payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

  1. General Policy
    Because many of our services involve custom configuration, model tuning, deployment work, and dedicated engineering time, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law.

If no separate contract is in place, the terms in this Policy apply.

  1. Custom Projects and Professional Services
    For custom voice AI, NLP, deployment, or consulting projects:

a. Before work begins
If you cancel before we begin scheduled work, we may issue a full refund of any prepaid amount, minus non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

b. After work begins
If work has already started, prepaid fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward future services if:

  • We are unable to continue the project for reasons within our control

  • Both parties agree in writing to terminate the project early

c. Deliverables already provided
No refund will be issued for work that has already been delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Completed configurations

  • Custom model tuning

  • Deployed pipelines

  • Documentation

  • Consultation time already performed

  1. Subscription or Recurring Services
    If we offer subscription-based or recurring services under a written agreement:

a. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring services according to the notice period stated in your agreement. If no notice period is specified, cancellation requires at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing date.

b. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in your agreement:

  • Fees already billed for the current billing period are non-refundable

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges

  • Any unused prepaid period may be handled according to the terms of your specific agreement

  1. Setup Fees, Deposits, and Third-Party Costs
    The following are generally non-refundable once incurred:

  • Project deposits

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Infrastructure, GPU, API, hosting, or licensing costs paid to third parties

  • Rush fees or expedited delivery fees

If a deposit was paid but no work has started, we may refund the deposit minus any non-recoverable costs.

  1. Service Issues and Good-Faith Review
    If you believe there was a billing error or a material service issue, contact us at contact@fhfh.tech within 14 days of the charge or delivery date.

We will review the request in good faith and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Correction of a billing error

  • Partial refund

  • Service credit

  • Additional support or remediation

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    If you paid through a credit card or payment processor, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported promptly to us and to your payment provider.
